7KW generator,
Tires like new, (since replaced, over 5 years old)
Two roof AC,
100 Gal Fresh Water tank,
12MPG ?
(I'll believe it when I see it.), Actually ends up being 7.

Awning,
Leveling system,
Backup camera,
Auto slide out steps.
The tires weren't so new. I had them replaced. It turns out that tread depth is not an indicator of how good the tires are, the age is more important and since most RVs don't put on enough miles to wear them out, they go bad from deterioriation aka dry rot.
Oh, and that MPG, make it 7.1.
The TV's have both been removed and a flat screen with DVD player inatalled in the back.
Installed a new skyight plastic dome over the bathroom. The old one was patched and cracked. It was so deteriorated that just touching it caused it to break a lot of water had leaked in and went down the walls. Hopefully no structural damage.
We are planning our first big trip to New Orleans the first week of May. More to follow.
